Being Mindful

In fact, it’s a way to nourish all aspects of the body, mind and soul….some of which we may have forgotten how to do because of diet culture. ⠀Here’s a secret about me….I don’t typically eat fruit 🤷🏼‍♀️….I just don’t enjoy it, I’d rather eat a 🥕 than a 🍓! I do, however, love cherries 🍒 and I love capturing a beautiful photo of any food 😊….it increases the enjoyment for me! I do listen to my body and it occasionally craves a banana or a clementine but if given the choice between a spinach omelet or a yogurt & fruit parfait, I’ll always take the former!
