Can you eat mindfully and still clear your plate or should you leave a little bit? What about having seconds? What about dessert? ⠀

Well….you can actually have it all if you so choose! Mindful eating is less about the food and more about the why and the how of eating. ⠀

We were born with the ability to regulate our food intake but many of us have lost that ability over time being surrounded by so many food “rules”. Unlearning some of the rules we’ve picked up isn’t always easy but it IS possible to rebuild a healthy relationship with food! ⠀
