As a dietitian, sometimes I wonder if I’m crazy feeling as strongly as I do about mindful eating as this approach gives people the tools for LONG-TERM success…..while so many people still seem completely fine with going on a diet, then off…..⠀
….tracking calories/macros, then not….⠀
….thinking of foods as “good” and “bad”….⠀
….feeling in control, then out of control….⠀
…losing weight, then gaining it back…..⠀

I can easily give anyone personalized calorie and macro goals 📝 (which would be much more profitable)…..but that’s not a sustainable solution for the majority of people, and that’s not my purpose. I truly want to set people up for long-term success🎉 and so strongly feel that our bodies are the experts if given the chance. I’d love to work alongside anyone wishing to ditch the diets, trust in their bodies and find food freedom👍🏼…..it’ll be life changing. ❤️⠀
